Nearly had one of these. They were plentiful when I lived in the Netherlands
and was searching for another car in the early 2000's. And because of that fact I have always liked them. This has a B18C swap in it, so it was a boat load of fun!
It’s hard to believe cars like these are classics now. They still look great and blend in well with today’s
traffic IMHO!

Same, there is just something about the EG hatches! However, I still love the CRX too!

I can see how the crx shouldn’t be counted with the civic.
I actually g
ot first hand experience how insane a CRX can be... Freakin’ stupid quick!

EF, EG and EK Civics are definitely my favorites. I had a buddy with a EF B16 hatch and we were going out to eat. I was in my S2000 and he took off and goodness those swapped Ci
vies are QUICK.

Yup, I remember running a EG
civic once. I was in the wrong gear so the pull was even until the Mustang got in it’s rev range when it started pulling on it. I asked what he had in it and he only smiled. With w
hat I know now it probably was a B18 just like this one. The lack of weight in an
EG makes even “small” horsepower feel big. A moderately
boosted one? Probably like the boosted B20b
CRX I reviewed. Crazy stuff.
